RETURN CONDITION
Atlas Bespoke (“we”, “our”, “us”) accepts returns of eligible products within 15 calendar days of delivery, in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Returns are not accepted for:
(i) personalized or monogrammed items
(ii) made-to-measure or altered garments
(iii) any items marked non-returnable at purchase
Items must be returned unused and in original condition, with all packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
This does not affect your rights regarding defective or misdescribed products.
RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, please contact us via: inquire@atlas-bespoke.comYou will receive return instructions and a prepaid shipping label. Please:

Repack items in original packaging.

Affix the return label and seal the box.

Schedule pickup or drop off at the carrier’s location.
Returns may also be made at our Atlas Atelier. Items must be shipped back within 15 days of your return request.
REFUND
Once received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method, in the original currency, within 14 days.
You’ll be notified by email once the refund is processed. Refunds may be reduced for items handled beyond what’s necessary to assess their condition.
