To mark the opening of Sindalah Island in the Red Sea, Atlas Bespoke presented a private trunk show and introduced its Nomadic Travel Accessories collection within one of the world’s most ambitious new yachting destinations.
The invitation-only gathering brought together more than 650 international guests and nearly 65 superyachts for a program spanning design, gastronomy, music and life at sea. Against this setting, Atlas presented a considered expression of modern travel - bringing together bespoke garments, rare textiles and handcrafted accessories shaped by the colors and natural character of the surrounding landscape.
A Collection Shaped by Place
Developed especially for the occasion, the Nomadic Travel Accessories collection drew from Sindalah’s elemental palette: pale stone, sun-washed canvas, warm suede and the shifting blues of the Red Sea.
Natural canvas and tactile suede formed the foundation of the collection, complemented by ivory stitching, contrasting finishes and individually hand-stamped details. The restrained palette allowed the qualities of each material to remain visible, while considered proportions and durable construction reflected the practical requirements of modern travel.
The collection included structured travel bags and coordinating passport holders conceived as functional companions rather than purely decorative objects. Each piece balanced generous utility with the refined material language of the Atlas atelier.
A limited edition of 150 travel bags was created for the occasion, extending the collection beyond the trunk-show presentation and offering guests a lasting object connected to the setting.
The Atlas Trunk Show
Throughout the event, the Atlas team welcomed guests for personal introductions to the atelier’s work. The presentation extended from travel pieces into bespoke tailoring, custom denim and seasonal garments, allowing visitors to explore materials, silhouettes and finishing details at close range.
Rather than approaching the trunk show as a conventional retail presentation, Atlas created a more personal exchange. Guests were invited to handle textiles, consider individual commissions and discover how a garment or travel object evolves from an initial conversation into a piece developed around its owner.
The format reflected the foundation of the Atlas Bespoke experience: direct dialogue, material exploration and an individual approach to every commission.
The Art of Modern Travel
The collection was conceived around the idea that objects used frequently should become more personal with time. Canvas softens, suede develops tonal variation and hand-finished surfaces record the movements of the journey.
These natural changes are not treated as imperfections. They become part of the character of each piece, allowing it to reflect where it has traveled and how it has been used.
This philosophy informed every element of the Nomadic collection: from the selection of tactile materials to the relationship between reinforced construction and softly structured form. The result was a series of objects designed for movement while retaining the quiet precision associated with the Atlas atelier.
